This quilt combines traditional pieced blocks made out of cotton prints with appliqué using one hundred per cent felted woven wool.

Background – three beige prints 1. Pieced Blocks – 14” (35cm)

3. Border – 40” (1m)
Block corners – tan print 8” (20cm)
Block points and cornerstones – chocolate print 16’ (40cm)
Block centres – orange print 4” (10cm)
Narrow Borders – tan print 24” (60cm)
Bindings – tan print 18” (45cm)
Backing – 63” 1.60 wide back fabric

Brown – 20” (50cm)
Carraway – 8” (20cm)
Copper – 10” x 24” (25xm x 60cm)

Antique gold – 10” x 12” (25cm x30cm)
Swamp Green – 10” x 12” (25cm x 30cm)

Embroidery Threads
I used Ginnie Thompson Flower Threads but you can use any thread of your choice.
